About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour Visa-free for Beijing

Hi, I am holding on to germany passport. If I am choosing one of the following routings:
1.SIN-HKG-PEK-SIN
2.SIN-PEK-SIN
3.SIN-PEK-HKG-SIN
4.SIN-PEK-FRA
can i still apply for 72-hour free transit in Beijing? as long as i stay within the cities there wont be any problem right?

I am afraid that you might do it in your second situation because the place of departure and your destination are the same.

SIN-PEK-FRA is ok if the stopover in Beijing is less than 72 hours.

how about this two routes?

1) SIN/PEK/HKG/SIN ? theres is a stop over at pek before hongkong right?

2) SIN/PEK/FRA/PEK/SIN ?

SIN/PEK/FRA/PEK/SIN is ok too if both stopovers via PEK are less than 72 hours. Sorry, I am not sure if SIN/PEK/HKG/SIN is ok or not becuase it may be considered as a single return trip. You can try to contact Beijing airport directly if necessary. Tel: 0086-10-56095400
