Where do you send your application and passport in Canada for Chinese work visa?

In general, you need to apply from the consulate in your consular area. Please have a look at the following info and then you will know where you should go to apply.

Embassy of PRC in Ottawa: Ottawa Region, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador.
Consulate General of PRC in Calgary: Alberta, Saskatchewan and Northwest Territory
Consulate General of PRC in Toronto: Ontario, Manitoba
Consulate General of PRC in Vancouver: British Colombia, the Yukon Territory
Consulate General of PRC in Montreal: Quebec, New Brunswick
