Confused state where you are sent a consignment is for Belgium and for Bulgaria.Is there a way to receive the consignment in my own country Bulgaria.

I'm afraid not. As it is posted to a wrong destination, it will go to your country. When it arrives at Belgium and nobody receive it, it will be sent back to China to the sender.
