Any high speed train and internal flight services around Shenyang?

Hi there :) I like to sequentially visit SY, Jilin, Harbin, Hohhot and Beijing in free and easy manner. Is there any high speed train from SY to Jilin, Jilin to Harbin and Hohhot to Beijing. Also any flight from Harbin to Hohhot? Many Thanks!
