domestic flights reliable on time?

hello. I want to fly from HuiaHua (2025) to GuangZhou (2145) and then fly back to Holland 2 hours (2355) after arrival. I was wondering if domestic flights are reliable (Southern Airlines) and on time. I don't want to risk missing my flight back to Holland.
