How much time do I need to switch flight from international to domestic, approximately?

I mean take baggage, get through passport/visa control, go to domestic terminal, throw off luggage, and check in? Is 4-5 hours time from landing to departure enough? I will arrive at 7:10 and there is two flights to Guilin 11:40 and 13:20, which one would you suggest? How far is domestic terminal from international in minutes by foot?
