1. Strictly speaking, the local East Railway Station is the high-speed station; however, some high-speed trains also stop at ZZ Train Station. Well, bus no. 87 can take you to travel between them.

2. You can go to either of the train stations to take the D-train to Longmen/ Luoyang.

3. You can take bus no. 16 at ZZ Railway Station to the Yellow River Scenic Area directly. It costs CNY5 per person and the interval of the bus is around 20min.

4. I just lived in Longmen Hotel at Longmen scenic area.

5. D-trains takes around 1.5h and G-trains takes around 1.5h for the journey. However, G trains costs much more than D trains. Therefore, if your time is sufficient, D train is suggested. You can search the trains schedule and fare in the TRAIN page at this website.

Yes, you can visit both of them in a day. I remember there are shuttle buses between the two attractions. You can confirm the schedule and take that for easy trip. Or you can rent a car or take taxi to travel between, which is more covenient.
