Could I ( foreigners) when in Beijing(23-10-13) purchase advance GZ-SANYA rail tickets from any Beijing rail station so that I could ride on GZ-SANYA train to Sanya on that particular day train schedule when I am in Canton Railway Station?

The train tickets could only be bought at the departure or arrival city. Thus, the tickets from Guangzhou to Sanya couldn't be purchased in Beijing. Besides, the tickets are released to the public 20 days in advance, i think when you arrive in Beijing, the tickets for your required trip might be sold out at that time as the train tickets in China are always under great demand.
