Recommendations for high altitude sickness when flying into Lhasa from Beijing besides >H2O /no alcohol?

Generally, if you are heathy enough in daily life, you will feel very sick for the high altitude. If yes, breath deeply and take some medicine. For the early time upon arrival, no meet or greasy food should be taken. Drink some water, and have some fruit or juice. You will feel better then!
