About:Hangzhou Travel

is there subway from Xiaoshan International Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station?

how much does it cost? does it run for 24 hours a day?

No, there is no subway directly connnecting the two places. But airport shuttle bus can take you to travel between directly. It costs CNY20 per person. And I remember it does operate for 24h.
