About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Confused of the visa, if it is 3 months or 30 days only..

Hello, my friend wants to ask if he got a 3 months one entry .. It is written as:
Enter before: 23OCT2013
Issue date: 23JULY2013
Enter: 01
Duration of each stay : 30 Days after entry

Is it 3 months?

Hi, his visa is valid for 3 months (validity), single entry with at most 30 days stay. It is one month actually.
