what is the taxi start up fare in Taizhou?

I'm visiting Sept. 2013. any other advice about cost of living (cheap, expensive, compared to Dalian)

The taxi start up fare in the city is CNY6 for the first 1.5km.

Comparatively, the living standard of TZ is less than Dalian. I read a survey on which Dalian ranks 17 and TZ ranks 55 according to GDP per person.
