About:Shopping Vs. No-Shopping Tours in China

Hello, I need help tracking two packages RB572964949CN and RB321417373CN

can anyone help. One is NULL and the other shows no record. I ordered these middle of July.

The first one was in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) and the status was Processed Through Sort Facility on August 5.
The second parcel was delivered to Shanghai airport.
