About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Visa F, Section 2.1 : Business trip or Employment

Hi,
My company asked me to go to China next month, for 1 week, to work on a new machine for a provider. I just need the visa with 2 entries for 3-6 months.
In the V2011A form, I don't know if my purpose is Business trip (Affaires) or Employment (Travail). Can you help me? Is Employment used for Z?
Thank you for your reply
And thank you for this website full of information!

Hi, if it is a non-commercial visit, you should apply for a Business F type; or M type visit for commercial or trade activities. Employment means you are working for the Chinese company when a work Z type is required.
