clothing in early september when going to shanghai?

Hi, I am from India and will be traveling to Shanghai for a business purpose during the 1st week of September. Apart from work -related meetings, i would also do go around the city in the evenings. What kind of clothes do you suggest? Thanks in advance

It will be cloudy with the average temperature of around 24C. In early September, summer clothes are still needed. In case of sudden temperature fall, you can also take along a light jacket or a piece of long-sleeved shirt.
