World Darts Competition in Shanghai

Greetings!

We are Team One Philippines competing in the IDF World Darts Cup & Dartslive "The World" Stage 5 in Shanghai this Aug. 20-26, 2013 for the 4th time. Has process been changed since last year as we are applying for visas again this coming Monday or Tuesday, if so please let us know what are the additional requirements.
