About:Chinese Embassy in India

I am staying in Tamilnadu but holding Passport from Orissa. Can I send the application to Mumbai?

I am afraid not. You should submit your application to CVASC in Kolkata. Do you have any document to show your residence status in consular district of the consulate in Munbai?
