I checked the status of this and it is showing it was undelivered on Aug 2nd. The receiver says that no one tried to deliver it to them. I have tried emailing China Post about redelivery but have heard nothing. Can someone please arrange to deliver again. The receiver says the address details are correct except it should have Tao Dan as the receiver's name. Their phone number is 0086 18675566443.

As for your case, the only way is that the receiver needs to go to local post office to check.
