RU144376535GB showing as undelivered

I checked the status of this and it is showing it was undelivered on Aug 2nd. The receiver says that no one tried to deliver it to them. I have tried emailing China Post about redelivery but have heard nothing. Can someone please arrange to deliver again. The receiver says the address details are correct except it should have "Tao Dan" as the receiver's name. Their phone number is 0086 18675566443.
