Chengdu Floods, affecting Jiuzhaigou?

Hi , I am landing in Beijing on August 31 and planning to travel to JZG either directly or via Chengdu.
The question is what is the status of Bus connection between Chengdu and that valley.
And most important whether JZG park is open for tourists and available for sightseeing.
