Qingdao to Yiwu, transportation?

I have to travel from QD to Yiwu this month. How could I go and is there any flight between 2 cities? If not, please suggest transporation means. And after 3 day in Yiwu, I have to fly from Yiwu to GZ and then fly back to Ha Noi, Viet Nam. I am afraid of delay flight so much to catch next fly back to Viet Nam. Thank you so much!
