About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Hi, I am about to apply for my visa to China tomorrow, can someone else pick it up when ready?

I know the turn around time is 4 days and they don't mail these things, so if I had a friend pick it up for me, then would they allow that? I am coming into Houston from another city. And also, it would be in about a week or 2 instead of exactly 4 days. Does that matter?

Yes, you can entrust your friend to pick it up on your behalf, but make sure pass him/her the receipt form for collection.
