Parcel in Limbo? My parcel RB654646465CN seems to be just sitting in Guangzhou airport.

it was originally posted on the 11th of July and has been sitting in Guangzhou airport since the 23rd July.
More worrying is that there has been no status update since the 26th July.
Is there any way that an enquiry can be made about this?
