why the order has not arrived, RB426147622CN and why it still not move from this date?.

Arrival at inward office of exchange Wed, 24 Jul 2013 10:30:00 GMT

i do not receive it

But I find it has arrived at Egypt on Jul. 27. Well, here is the latest infor I tracked:
"7/27/2013 9:26:33 AM, EGYPT, CAIRO AIRMAIL TRAFFIC CENTER, Receive item at location (Inb)"
You may receive it soon or you can go to your local post office to have a check.
