what is my next step for visa application?

hi , I would like to check if I have got the employment license of the people 's republic of china .And I have the invitation letter of duly authorized unit. so what it my next step to go. Is it got to china embassy to apply or I have to got to CVASC 22 Malacca Street, #09-00 Royal Brothers Building,

You have to make sure that you get the employment license. Then you bring your passport, a completed application form stuck with a recent passport size photo, invitation letter from duly authorized unit and work permit to apply from the CVASC in Singapore.
