About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Do they have a free shuttle bus from Crowne Plaza Hotel in Causeway Bay to hongkong airport?

And what do I need to get into the shutlle bus to airport, ex: boarding pass?

I'm afraid there is no direct free shuttle bus taking from the hotel to HKIA. However, I heard the hotel provides shuttle buses and you need to pay 150HKD for the journey. For details, you can consult your hotel.

And I have to remind you that the free shuttle buses listed on this page cannot take you from certain hotel to HKIA directly. By that, you can just get to HK Station or Kowloon Station, where transfer to Express Train to the airport then. You need to show Express Train ticket/travel pass tro board it.
