Female born 28 july 1988. I moved back to singapore after living in australia for 9 years.

Unsure about singapore or australia as my final home.
Only dad left here in singapore. Have found work here but miss australia.
Having little luck with finding love here too.
Any advice on future where shouls I go? And love prospects?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

That's part of the issue though, I have trouble making a final decision and feel like i'm in limbo about this.

I suggest you talk to your family and friends more. They would do you much favor in daily life, especially in the cases where you meet frustrations.
