What is the weather like in December in Taipei? Will it be possible to visit the hot springs?

In Dec. it can be a little cool and wet, with the average temeprature of around 16C. It may rain from time to time. It is suggested to take along light sweater, jacket and your regular jeans as well as simple rainy gear. Well, gegerally speaking, you can visit hot spring in Dec. Don't worry!
