From Xichang Tourism Bus Station, you can find direct buses to reach that moutain directly. There are twice on day. The bus station is at No. 412, South Sanchakou Road, Xichang, Sichuang Province. The entrance fee is 50RMB. It is no need to book the accommodation on the mountain and you can live in local people's house. In Xichang City, you can book a hotel in advance if you want.
