I am born 31.10.1987, wanted to go to dubai and work there. Is this phase a diificult one for me?

I went on April to dubai and got a job. came back for visa change. but the company i got is new and they haven't send me visa. I have been waiting for 3 months and still no luck. The company officials are communicating with me but they have few problems to sort out.

Is my stars not right at the moment?
