What is the diffrent between Hohhot and Ulanhot are they in the same city?

I have plan this august I'm going to inner mongolia.. And I have 4 destination genghis khan's mausoleum( baotou ),wudangzhao monastery ( baotou ), gentala grassland ( hohhot ), Dazhao Temple ( hohot ). And I'm coming from shenyang city..

And my questions are
1) How to go to baotou from hohot ? is there any train ?
2) Cause I'll come from shenyang is there any train from shenyang either Hohot or baotou ?
3) do you think 3 days is enough fro cover those sites ??

No, they are two separate cities in Inner Mongolia.

For your inquiry:
1. Yes, there are direct trains between Hohhot and Baotou and it will take you to the destination city within 1.5-2h.
2. Two trains run from Shenyang to Baotou, but it takes more than 21h for the whole journey. To save time, you can take the direct plane to travel between and it will take you from Shenyang to Baotou within 2h.
3. Yeah, three days are enouh for these attractions.
