Would you mind tell me what is your exact time to reach HK?
Since you will plan one day to at Disneyland, if you reach HK in the morning, it is suggested to go to the Giant Buddha and the Ngong Ping 360 directly.
12th, you can use the whole day at the Ocean Park and the Peak.
13th, Causeway Bay in the morning, then you can go to the Star of Avnenue. Then at night go to see the A Symphony of Lights and visit the Victoria Bay.
14th, on this day, it is suggested to go to Macau for a short visit.
15th, on this day, you can travel near the Tsim Sha Tsui and Central areas where you can shop. Then you can go to the Wong Tai Sin Temple. Then at night, Temple Street near Tsim Sha Tsui area or Lan Kwai Fong on HK Island is suggested to enjoy the night life of HK.
16th, you can have a rest today and leave.
If you want to visit Macau carefully, you can stay there two days.
