Need help about attestation/verification of degree

I get my visa from china embassy in Pakistan. My university mention about "letter of verification for degree students" from china embassy. When i contact china embassy they told me to go to their cultural office they only provide visa services but when i contact their cultural office they said that they do not provide attestation. I want to know that from where i can get degree attestation or letter of degree verification. If anyone knows about it plz tell me about required documents and contact no to authorized person.....
