How do I go from Yangshuo to Qinzhou? Is it possible to do it in one day?

For Qinzhou, do you refer to the city that next to Nanning?
From YS, there is no direct bus to Qinzhou, so you need to go to Guilin first.
It is possible to travel from YS to Qinzhou in one day.
