Usually till which date K9811 from Xining to Lhasa remains operational? I am planning on 9/10Oct2013

I am planning a trip from Xining to Lhasa on 9th or 10th October 2013. Will the train K9811 be operational during that time based on your experience of 2012 and 2011?
