About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

how far in advance of travel do I need to apply for a visitors visa? Is it best to come there

The best time for application is one month prior to your planned departure. You should make an online appointment at CVASC's website for submission of your application. Then you can either lodge in your application in person or by someone else entrusted.
