For the first one, here is the latest information I tracked: '29.07.2013, SILJUA, Podatek prispel iz mednarodnega sistema, [Prispetje v naslovno državo]'. Hope it is good news for you.

As for the second, it arrived Beijing, China on Jul. 25. Since when, there is no more updating.
