I'm afraid bus no. 37 will not help. You can walk from where you are to Jiuzhou Avenue Middle Section (Jiuzhou Dadao Zhongduan) to take bus no. 75 to Pingzheng Bus Station directly.

As I know, the buses to Chengdu from Pingzheng Bus Station arrive at North Bus Station near local main railway station.
