Does the G train have a luggage storage car for large luggage?

There are special luggage closets or racks at the end of each carriage, where you can store your luggage during the trip.

Hi Sherril,

I was checking for luggage allowances on G trains...am booked to travel Beijing to Harbin by 2nd Class.

I am hoping to bring a 28inch(185cm) bag on board. dont know if that is too big as i see the size restriction is 160cm. it will definitely be impossible to put on overhead racks.

Were you able to put your luggage in the special luggage closets or racks at the end of each carriage as mentioned by the person who answered your question.

Is it quite safe to put there? I think the train will make a few stops on the way.
