Hi, I would like to take a bus from Landmark Skylight to Suzhou Singapore International School

do you know which one I can take?

For the Landmark Skylight, do you refer to landmark skylight pearl hotel?
If so, from your hotel, you can walk along Xinggang Road to reach Dongfang Zhimen (Gate of the Orient) Station where you can find the local subway line 1 to reach Zhongnanjie Station. Get out of the station from Exit 2, you can walk along Zhongnan Road to reach that school easily.
