The bus takes about five hours.
The bus from CZ arrives at Guangdong Provincial Bus Station in Guangzhou. To reach that bus station, you can take the local subway line 1 to reach local railway station and then walk to reach that bus station easily.0

I heard the bus ticket can be booked five days ahead. There are only two buse on schedule daily, at 09:00 and 19:00, departing from CZ General Bus Station!0
