About:China Visa Application in USA

Where is the nearest Consulate to me?

The nearest location to me is New York , it is almost a 10 hour drive. How do I get my infomation there I live in Ohio . Its really far. I will be attending Henan University in Kaifeng in September.

Hi Noelle,
I also live in Ohio and plan on attending at a university in Shandong in September! I believe all applications must be mailed to the consulator in NY. Hope this is hopeful. :-)

Hi, I visited the website of the Chinese consulate in NY. It clearly states that application by mail is not accepted. But the applicants can ask his/her friends or agents to apply for them. Thus, you should ask help from someone if you can't present yourself at the consulate for your application.
