i am going to stay in Yunan for 15 days in this july and august and want to visit Hunan too, How?

Both Yunnan and Hunan are provinces, so which city do you start and stop in the two cities.
Generally speaking, you can take a train from Kunming (the capital city of Yunnan) to Changsha (the capital city of HN).
