About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

Am i allowed to check in 2 pieces from changsha if i am going to new york connecting thru Beiging?

I need to know if the first leg is considered a domestic flight and the second leg as international or if the entire trip is considered as international because the luggage allowances are different

If I undestand correctly, you wanna travel in this route: Changsha - Beijing - NY. If so, if you are going to use the same airline, you can check in in Changsha and pick up the luggage at NY. If with diferent airlines, you may need to reacheck in the luggage in Beijing.
