My item track number is RB420051585CN but since it reach ZamLuna (Lusaka) on 17/07/2013 it has not been delivered to me. Lusaka and point of delivery my city Luanshya is not that far. Help.

I'm afraid there is no China Post branch in your country. If you really wish to ask, dial 86-11185 to consult. It is its international hotline. And becaue it has been delivered in your country since Jul. 17, you should try yo contact your post system or your country customs instead of China Post.
