About:Dress Code in China

Clothings during winter in beijing for my december trip

I come from Malaysia and has never experience winter. How thick should my clothings be to survive winter in Beijing for my 5 days trip there?

It will be cold in Beijing in Dec. with the average temperature of -2C. Since you have never experienced winter, it may be harsh for you. It is suggested to take along down jacket, Long John, and thick trousers. As it may snow then, you'd better prepare a mask, gloves and scarf.
