possibility of applying for visa in Chinese embassy - Dubai

I am currently working in Dubai and I am processing a work Z to China. Is it possible for me to apply for it in Dubai - Chinese Embassy or i need to get it done in India itself?

Hi, you can apply in Dubai only if you have U.A.E. residence visa, which should be valid for more than 6 months. Otherwise, you have to apply in India.
