I have a ticket to New York by Cathay Pacific Airlines on 14 th Sept departing at 0920 hrs.Can I check in at Kowloon station at 12 noon on 13 th Sept.

Yeah, airport shuttle bus no. A21 is available. By that, you can get off at Prudential Centre, Nathan Road, which is within several minutes' walking distance from your hotel. However, I'm afraid there is no direct free shuttle service from Express Train Station to your hotel. And you can check-in ahead at Kowloon Station for sure.
