Female born on 10/05/1976 married to 6/26/1973. Does this marriage have potentials?

Experiencing a lot of miscommunication. Are these differences going to iron out? How does our future look? I appreciate honesty!

Both of you are serious and stubborn, however, if you can give in a lot and want to stay togehter, things will turn to a different situations. At that time, both of you want to devote yourselves.
