I ordere something from china it's ben like two weeks still nothing tracking num is RB053597449CN

can't figure out where it is or if it is even comen or if I should just cancel the eBay order cuz it's Ben forever as nothing received yet plsss help

It was delivered to the Shanghai airport on July 20.
