About:China Customs Declaration

What is the definition of a "transceiver" or "communications device"?

We plan on bringing our laptop, and two tablets (One samsung, one ipad). Do we need to declare these? We're working on a z visa for one year.

If you take them for your personal use, it is not necessary to declare.
